Pulse and Sales Pulse (additional users can be
purchased for $200 each).

Each user can also maintain an unlimited number of copies. For example, a
user may want to maintain a copy for this year’s sales and one for last
year’s sales. Another user may want to maintain multiple copies to track
sales of 25 customers or product categories. Outside sales personnel and
absentee owners can have their copy e-mailed to them periodically.
Annual Maintenance – Annual maintenance costs are based on 10% of the retail
price of the software
and includes unlimited phone support as well as upgrades and enhancements.
If one customer has an idea for an enhancement that will have general
appeal, it is given to all existing customers who have paid their annual
maintenance.
